Remote Refrigeration Condensing Units are designed to be used with Hold Over plates. Plates are custom built stainless steel with single or double coil arrangements up to 300 square inches. Oversize, notched or angle place are available.
Condensing units are water cooled, air cooled, or combination systems.

Hold over plate systems, flat plate and, Refrigerated Fish Hold boxes.
